For Arbor Health, 2025 was marked by changes, challenges and meaningful accomplishments. When we look across our three pillars—People, Quality and Finance—we can confidently say Arbor Health had a strong year despite the external pressures of increased regulatory demands, higher taxes and declining reimbursement rates. This annual report outlines many of our 2025 achievements. Some highlights are the successful reduction of contract staffing through the recruitment of permanent team members, an enhanced organizational focus on quality, and careful financial management that resulted in positive net revenue for the year. Looking ahead, our primary focus in 2026 is preparing for the future. We are conducting multiple assessments of our facilities and services to shape our strategic plan in the coming months. This plan will serve as our road map as we grow and expand our services to meet the evolving needs of our community.
